How people opt in to texts from Miami Web Designs, what those texts are, and how to stop them.

What we send

Miami Web Designs, a Klizos Ventures brand, sends informational SMS and WhatsApp messages from +1 786-574-5755. These are not promotional blasts. Texts cover:

  • Inquiry follow-up, callbacks, and recaps after someone contacts us.
  • Staff live-call alerts when a caller asks for a person, so Joey or Juan can join the call.

Message frequency varies with inquiries and inbound calls, typically a few messages per conversation. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or START to opt back in. Website opt-in

End users visit www.miamiwebdesigns.com, open Project Studio, and reach the contact step. They enter a mobile number, then check an unmarked checkbox before submit. The checkbox is never pre-checked. Checking it is the consent action.

Phone or keyword opt-in

End users may call or text +1 786-574-5755. If they ask to be texted, or text that number first, the assistant or teammate reads the verbal script below and only sends SMS after a clear yes. Texting START to that number also opts a person back in after they previously sent STOP.

Staff alert opt-in

Miami Web Designs employees opt in inside Client Studio. They sign in at clients.miamiwebdesigns.com, open the account menu, choose Alerts, enter their cell number, and check the same unmarked SMS consent box shown above. Screenshots of that logged-in form match this public language. Staff who do not check the box do not receive live-call texts.

Verbal consent script

When a caller asks for a text follow-up, the teammate or phone assistant says:

“I can text you from Miami Web Designs about this inquiry or a callback. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to cancel, HELP for help. Do you want those texts at this number?”

SMS is sent only after the caller says yes.
