Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit miamiwebdesigns.com, submit a project inquiry, use the Miami Web Designs Meta app, call or text +1 786-574-5755, or message us on WhatsApp. By using those services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the site, app, or messaging services.
Who we are
Miami Web Designs is a US-focused web design, software development, and AI services business owned by Klizos Ventures. Klizo Solutions is our development and delivery partner. Authorized members of that team may help us respond to inquiries and deliver work.
Website and inquiries
The website is for information and to start a conversation. Case studies, articles, prices, timelines, and examples are general. They are not a promise that we will do the same work for you at the same price or on the same schedule.
A form, chat, call, or WhatsApp message is an inquiry. It is not a contract. We may decline work, ask for more detail, or refer you to another path.
Project work
Paid work starts only when both sides agree in writing, such as a proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement. That writing controls scope, price, timeline, and ownership.
Until then, drafts, estimates, AI briefs, and verbal notes are planning material only. They can change after we review the real requirements.
AI tools
Our project planner, WhatsApp assistant, and phone assistant use AI to draft replies and summaries. Those replies can be wrong or incomplete. They are a starting point, not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice, and not an agreed scope or price.
You can ask for a person in WhatsApp by sending HUMAN, or by emailing us.
Phone, SMS, and WhatsApp
You can reach Miami Web Designs at +1 786-574-5755 by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. We may also text or WhatsApp you about an inquiry you started, a callback, or a live call that needs a teammate.
By giving us your mobile number, texting that number, or asking us to follow up by text, you consent to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages from Miami Web Designs. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and with inbound calls. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use numbers to answer you, page our team on a live call, and operate the service. Carriers and Twilio may process messages to deliver them.
Reply STOP to cancel automated texts or WhatsApp replies. Reply HELP for help, or email joey@miamiwebdesigns.com. Reply START to opt back in. Staff who receive live-call alerts opted in by giving the company their cell number for that purpose.
Meta app
The Miami Web Designs Meta app lets an authorized user connect a business account so we can help with advertising or account work they approve. Access is limited to the permissions that user grants.
You can remove the app in Meta’s app or business integration settings. Removing access does not automatically delete information we already hold. To request deletion, email joey@miamiwebdesigns.com with the subject Data deletion request and name the connected account or Page. See the Privacy Policy for the full process.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site, app, or messaging services to send malware, spam, unlawful content, or someone else’s personal information without authority. Do not try to break or overload the services. We may block abuse.
No professional advice and liability
Website content and AI replies are informational. Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The site and messaging tools are provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Miami Web Designs, Klizos Ventures, and Klizo Solutions are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the site, app, or messages.
If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top is the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
