The right amount of technology

Sometimes a simple
connection is enough.

We help you choose the setup that fits the work, your budget, and the people who will run it.

Let’s figure out the right approach
01 / CONNECT WHAT YOU HAVE

Use an existing automation tool

For straightforward steps and supported integrations, platforms such as Make or Zapier may cover what you need.

  • Standard app connections
  • Simple triggers and actions
  • A process your team can maintain
02 / BUILD THE MISSING PIECE

Go custom where it matters

When your rules, data, or user experience need more control, we can build the service, interface, or integration around them.

  • Complex rules or unusual systems
  • Specific access and review requirements
  • Volume, reliability, and custom AI behavior

A clear path forward

From idea
to everyday use.

A working demo is a start. A useful system also needs testing, clear ownership, and a plan for the days when something changes.

  1. 01

    Discover

Walk through the process with your team. Find the bottleneck, the exceptions, and what a better result would look like.

    OUTCOME: A FOCUSED FIRST WORKFLOW
  2. 02

    Architect

Map the data, integrations, AI behavior, and approvals. Agree on the scope and how we will test it.

OUTCOME: A PLAN YOU CAN REVIEW
  3. 03

    Build

Connect the systems, develop the workflow, and test with representative examples, including the awkward ones.

    OUTCOME: A TESTED FIRST RELEASE
  4. 04

    Improve

Review logs, exceptions, and feedback. Refine the system and agree on ongoing support as your business changes.

OUTCOME: A CLEAR HANDOVER & NEXT STEPS

Joey Ricard and Juan Granda lead the client relationship, backed by Klizo Solutions’ engineering and delivery team. Strategy, design, development, and operations come together around the work.

If the workflow needs an application, API, database, or review dashboard, we can build that part too. You get a team that can think through the whole system.

Before you get started

Good
questions.

Have a different one?
Bring it to the conversation.

Ask us
What is an AI automation system?

It connects your software with a sequence of actions and decisions. AI can help interpret an email, read a document, or prepare a response. Defined rules handle the repeatable steps, while people review exceptions and decisions that need judgment.

What business processes can you automate?

Good starting points include lead intake, customer onboarding, support triage, document handling, follow-up tasks, and recurring reports. We look for work that happens often, has a clear purpose, and can be checked against a useful standard.

Can this connect with our existing software and CRM?

Often, yes. We first check the APIs, permissions, data formats, and limits of your current tools. Where a direct integration is unavailable, we assess alternatives such as approved exports or a custom connector before recommending a build.

Do you build AI agents for business?

Yes. We can build agents that use approved tools to complete defined tasks. We agree on which actions they can take, where they must ask for approval, and how activity is logged. The scope depends on the workflow and the consequences of getting it wrong.

How is AI automation different from traditional automation?

Traditional automation follows explicit rules, such as creating a task when a form arrives. AI can work with less structured information, such as interpreting the message in that form. Many useful systems combine both, keeping predictable actions under clear rules.

Can we use private company data?

We can design around private data, but access and handling need to be agreed first. We review who can see it, which providers receive it, retention settings, hosting, and approval requirements. Sensitive or regulated workflows need their own assessment.

Do you build RAG systems and internal assistants?

Yes. Retrieval-augmented generation, or RAG, finds relevant material from an approved knowledge source before preparing an answer. We can connect an assistant to that material, apply user permissions, and show sources so people can check the response.

How long does an automation project take?

That depends on the number of systems, data quality, access, and testing required. A focused workflow has a different scope from a company-wide rollout. We define a first release and estimate the timeline after reviewing the process with you.

How much does AI automation development cost?

The main factors are integrations, workflow complexity, interface needs, and data preparation. Running costs can include model usage, software subscriptions, hosting, and support. We separate those from the build estimate so you can understand the ongoing commitment.

Who manages it after launch?

We agree on ownership, documentation, training, and support before launch. Your team may manage routine reviews and settings while we handle changes or maintenance under an agreed support plan. You should know who to contact when something needs attention.

Can you improve an automation we already have?

Yes. We can review the current workflow, failure points, logs, integrations, and running costs. Sometimes the right answer is a small repair or clearer approval rule. Other situations need a redesigned flow or a custom component.

Do we need custom software, or would Make or Zapier work?

A standard automation platform can be a sensible choice for straightforward workflows with supported integrations. Custom development becomes more useful when the rules, permissions, systems, or user experience need more control. We assess that with you before deciding.
