Miami Web Designs is a US-focused web design, software development, and AI services business owned by Klizos Ventures. This policy covers miamiwebdesigns.com, our project inquiry tools, our Miami Web Designs Meta app, and communications with our team, including WhatsApp.
Klizo Solutions is our development and delivery partner. When needed for an inquiry or project, authorized members of its team may help us provide services.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email address, company, phone number when supplied, project ideas, business requirements, messages, and other details you choose to send through our forms, email, or WhatsApp.
- Conversation information: your WhatsApp number, profile name when supplied by the platform, message content, delivery status, conversation history, and summaries used to respond and arrange human follow-up.
- Website and security information: pages visited, referral information, browser and device information, IP addresses in service or security logs, cookie identifiers, and events such as page views or confirmed inquiries, where tracking is enabled.
- Authorized Meta connections: when an authorized user connects a business account to our app, the permissions granted may provide account and Page identifiers, business assets, advertising settings, and performance information. Access depends on the features enabled and the permissions approved.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive information in project forms or chat.
How we use information
We use information to answer questions, prepare project briefs and proposals, deliver and support services, manage client relationships, measure website and campaign performance, and protect our services from spam, fraud, and abuse. Authorized Meta account information is used to support the connected business’s advertising and account-management activities.
We may use conversation activity and request frequency to limit automated abuse, restrict excessive requests, or refer a conversation to a person.
AI-assisted conversations and project briefs
Our project planning tool and WhatsApp assistant use AI to interpret the details you submit, draft replies, summarize conversations, and help our team prepare for a discussion. Relevant project or conversation content is sent to OpenAI for this processing. Our team can review inquiries and conversation history.
AI replies can be inaccurate. A generated brief or reply is a starting point, not an agreed scope, price, or professional advice. You can request human assistance in WhatsApp by sending HUMAN, or contact us by email.
Retention, security, and international processing
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. The period depends on the information and the purpose. You can ask us to delete information as described below; some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or accounting reasons, and backup copies may remain until their normal rotation.
We use access restrictions and other technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Our providers and delivery partner may process information in the United States, India, and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live.
Your choices and data deletion
To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by Miami Web Designs, email joey@miamiwebdesigns.com or juan@miamiwebdesigns.com with the subject Privacy request or Data deletion request.
Include the email address or WhatsApp number you used and enough detail to locate the information. For data associated with our Meta app, mention Miami Web Designs and the connected account or Page. Do not send your password or an access token. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request.
You can remove our app’s access through your Meta account’s app or business integration settings. Removing access and requesting deletion of information we already hold are separate steps. We will respond to requests in accordance with applicable law and explain any information we must retain.
In WhatsApp, send STOP to stop automated replies, or HUMAN to request team assistance. A STOP message does not itself delete previous messages. You can also ask us to stop marketing communications. Rights available to you may vary by location.
Children and external services
Our services are intended for businesses and adults, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
