Spectosoft is workforce software for distributed teams. Its focus brings together activity monitoring, productivity analytics, session review, and AI-assisted insights in a shared workspace.

Joey's broader product direction is to help a business understand where people need support, where work gets stuck, and how connected activity can inform operational decisions. That is a product vision that extends beyond collecting data. The useful question is what a manager or team member can do with the information.

What people need to do

A workforce intelligence experience needs to make a large amount of information understandable. Someone reviewing a team wants to move from an overview to the detail behind it without losing context.

For this kind of product, three questions help keep the interface focused:

  • What period, person, or team am I looking at?
  • Which information supports the summary?
  • What needs a closer look or a conversation?

Those questions also make useful boundaries for design. A summary needs enough context to explain what it measures. A detail view needs a clear path back to the bigger picture.

The interface shown here

The portfolio presentation uses existing public Spectosoft product imagery inside a new visual composition. The activity graphic shows a compact way to group information by person and time period. It illustrates the product's subject matter; it does not establish a measured business result.

The wider presentation uses restrained color and clear spacing to keep the information readable. For an operational product, clarity has to continue beyond the opening screen into filters, records, and review steps.

Planning a similar product
