The product

Interview Screener is a recruiting platform that combines resume screening, AI voice interviews, candidate tracking, and hiring reports in one workflow.

The product sits at a busy part of recruitment. Information arrives in different forms, candidates move through several stages, and the people reviewing them need a clear picture of what has happened. Connecting those activities gives the interface a practical organizing idea: keep the candidate and the next step in view.

What people need to do

A hiring platform serves more than one person. The candidate needs understandable instructions and a usable interview experience. A recruiter needs to track progress. A hiring manager needs to review the relevant information before making a decision.

That creates several design questions:

  • What does the candidate need to know before an interview starts?
  • Can a reviewer tell which stage an applicant has reached?
  • Can they get from a summary to the material behind it?
  • What happens when a response is incomplete or needs another look?

For this kind of product, the movement between stages matters as much as the dashboard. Each role needs a clear route through its own part of the process.

The desktop image uses existing public Interview Screener product imagery. It brings candidate and job information into an overview with navigation for the wider recruiting process. The figures in that image are part of the presentation, not evidence of a hiring outcome.
