The product

GMap Caller is a sales workspace that connects Google Maps business discovery with click-to-call, AI-assisted conversations, contact organization, and follow-up.

The product brings several related activities into one direction: identify a relevant business, start a conversation, keep track of what happened, and decide what comes next. That sequence gives the software a clear purpose. The map is an entry point into a working sales process.

What people need to do

A person working through prospects needs to keep their place. When they open a business record, they need the information required for the next action and enough history to avoid repeating work.

For this category of software, useful design questions include:

  • How does someone move from discovery to a contact record?
  • Where do they see the result of the last conversation?
  • Who owns the next step, and when should it happen?
  • How does the team avoid duplicate or unwanted contact?

These questions help connect the screens into a process. They also expose the information the product needs to store before visual design gets too far ahead.

The interface shown here

The GMap Caller presentation uses the existing brand identity with a navy and cyan palette. The map and calling workspace shown on our homepage is a new interface study created for the portfolio. It is a design concept, not a claim that every displayed control is a released feature.

The composition connects a geographic view with contact and calling information. That makes the relationship between finding a business and acting on it easy to understand at a glance.

Planning a similar product

For a similar sales tool, start with a small, complete workflow: a person finds a prospect, records an interaction, and assigns a next step. Decide how contact data enters the system, how duplicates are handled, and how stop requests are recorded and respected.

Any AI-assisted action needs a clear boundary, a visible result, and a way for a person to review or correct it. We can help plan those steps through workflow prototypes, custom software, and AI automation systems.
